We are continually looking to turn our patients’ feedback into real improvements in the services we provide. We use it to focus on the things that matter most to our patients, carers and their families.
We would like to hear from you if you have a complaint or suggestion on how we can do things better to improve our patients’ experiences. We’d also like to hear from you if you are pleased with the service you’ve received.

As well as we proactively aim to resolve all complaints, we do learn from them. We’ll let the staff involved know and share the good practice across our teams.

I had a diabetic check with Nadia Khan. The check went well. Nadia was very helpful with advice when I told her I had a pedicure and my toes hurt.
The service I received from the nurse was excellent. They did a quick checkup and cancelled an appointment that I didn’t require.
I saw Dr Latif this morning and I was impressed that she explained everything thoroughly. I’m happy with the service I received. Thank you.
I had a blood sample taken at the Poolway Medical Centre this morning. All staff were professional and efficient and Sophia Ahmed who took my bloods made sure the procedure was quick and painless and that I know when and how to check for the results. A good service.
