Bowel cancer is treatable if it is diagnosed early. We set up a Bowel Screening Awareness pop event at Iridium Medical Practice on Wednesday 27th April to create awareness and promote the importance of screening. We handed out bowel screening leaflets and Cancer Screening Packs to patients in the waiting area.
It was good to speak to the patients and pleased to hear a lot of the patients in the bowel screening age group had received their screening sample kits in the post which they completed and sent back.
