Telephone Consultation Request
To keep our patients and staff safe during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the majority of appointments are initially offered via telephone. Exceptions to this include appointments for dressings, blood tests, injections, immunisations and baby checks, where face-to-face appointments are unavoidable. After discussing your problem with one of our GPs, they may then offer you a video consultation or face-to-face appointment if required.
Urgent Request
If you feel your request is urgent, or if you are not registered with the surgery, please contact Reception on 0121 203 3000. If we are exceptionally busy and cannot offer an appointment on the day, you might be advised to contact South Birmingham GP Walk-in Centre.
Otherwise, please select Request a telephone appointment below. You will asked a few details to help your GP assess the urgency of your problem and how best to help you. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, usually on the same or following day, and not more than 5 working days.
LIVI App
You can also use the LIVI app to book a video appointment directly with an independent LIVI GP. These appointments are available in the evenings and at weekends (5pm-10pm Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm Sat-Sun), including when the surgery is closed. Although not part of our team, LIVI GPs work as part of the NHS, and will be able to help at a time most convenient to you.
