Alert: National IT problem affecting our patient records

Dear Patients,

Unfortunately, due to a national IT problem, we are presently unable to access our clinical records for patients. Regrettably, this is going to have an adverse impact on patient access today as we may not be able to answer all patient queries and prescriptions will be issued in paper format instead of electronically.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will update you on the progress of this problem.
